Jerry Erwin Park
Jerry Erwin Park (JEP) is a 35.8-acre park adjacent to the Spring Hill Battlefield that holds historical significance related to the Civil War and Battle of Spring Hill. The events that took place during this battle were instrumental in turning the war towards the favor of the Union Army in Tennessee. There are historical markers in the parking lot and at the trail head that further communicate the history of the park. The park maintains a .86-mile paved trail, access points to McCormick Creek and its tributary drainage ways, two mini-shelters, and restrooms.
