Let’s hike a quiet one-mile nature trail and take time along the way to slow down and recharge. We’ll pause for breathing, meditation, and simple writing exercises inspired by the landscape around us. Bring your favorite pen, journal, and a mat to sit (or even stretch out) on.

Location: Maury County Park | Meet at Nature Trail Trailhead
To Locate The Trailhead: Enter Maury County Park and continue straight on the main park road. Pass the Kids’ Kingdom playground on the right, and continue straight up the hill. Halfway up the hill, there is a trailhead with parking on the right.
