B's Salty and Sweet Bakery at The Factory
B's Salty & Sweet is the brainchild of a baking and food-loving wife and husband, Bethany and David.
Bethany ran a granola business in Louisiana for seven years, selling at farmers markets, grocery stores and beyond. She later helped run a bakery cafe in Antigua, Guatemala, taking ownership of the savory menu and launching the sell-out Sunday Dinners.
David attended pastry school in San Francisco, and worked in bakeries such as Tartine and Jane, as well as Milo & Olive in Los Angeles, before opening a TripAdvisor top-rated bakery cafe in Antigua, Guatemala, which is where and how he met Bethany.
Now based in Columbia, TN, they worked out of the kitchen at Columbia State in for a year, selling their baked goods at farmers markets and to wholesale clients. In June of 2020, amidst the pandemic, they opened their bakery inside the Factory at Columbia and have been overwhelmed by the support of the local community.
Every week, you can stop into the bakery to find their artisanal sourdough, signature pop tarts, handmade pastries, cookies, daily lunch specials and more.
Please be sure to stop in and say hello, and grab a few sweet or savory treats to enjoy!
