About the event
Join Maury County Parks & Recreation and the Maury County Public Library for Trail Tales…an outdoors literary adventure! Together, we will read “Goodbye Summer, Hello Autumn” by Kenard Pak along the Storybook Trail located in Maury County Park. We'll finish off the program with a snack and special story-themed craft.

Directions: To locate the trail, enter Maury County Park and continue straight on the main park road. Continue past the Kids Kingdom playground on the right and straight up the large hill. The trailhead is located on the right. *If parking lot is full, please park along the main road.
About the book: Join a young girl as she takes a walk through forest and town, greeting all the signs of the coming season. In a series of conversations with every flower and creature and gust of wind, she says good-bye to summer and welcomes autumn.
