About the event
As we continue to celebrate our 50th Anniversary, we will honor the founders that laid the foundation for the arts to thrive in our local community before the opening night of Inherit the Wind.
This production originally hit the arts guild stage in 1988. This courtroom drama is a fictionalized account of the 1925 Scopes "Monkey" Trial. A debate between friends that focuses on fundamentalism vs. freedom of thought. When you leave, you might say, "I never thought about it like that."
