About the event
Join us in the Visit Columbia Welcome Center as different holiday characters will read to the children for 4 weekends at 11:00 AM! This is a free event and everyone is welcome.
After the book readings, the holiday character will roam the downtown area the rest of the afternoon until 2pm – in and out of shops stores, greeting children, and taking selfies!
Dates and characters: November 25 : Anna, Elsa and Olaf December 1st: Carolers, Jack Frost, Elsa (5-7 PM at First Fridays) December 2nd: Buddy Elf and Josie December 9th: Grinch and Cindy Lou December 16th: Santa and Elf
Saturdays Timeline: 11:00 - Storytime 11:30 - Christmas Tree 11:50 - Bleu 32 12:15 - Tin Cottage 12:45 - StoryTime at Welcome Center 1:15 - Christmas Tree 1:45 - Children’s store 2:00 - Visitor Center
