The Mulehouse is thrilled to announce Hippies and Cowboys will be kicking off our Mule Day 2024 celebration! They have been selling out shows throughout Nashville so let's do the same in Columbia!
Hippies and Cowboys are a rock n' soul band originating in Nashville! Bringing back a taste of southern rock, blues and soul. It's a sound that's defied the test of time. Inspiration comes from the likes of Sam and Dave, The Blues Brothers, Booker T & The MG's, Ottis Redding, and Marvin Gaye to Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Eagles , The Beatles, Tom Petty, The Rolling Stones and CCR. Early tracks were recorded in the iconic studios of Muscle Shoals, Alabama: Fame, East Avalon, and Noise Block. Hippies and Cowboys released their debut live album, Live at Fox & Locke, to the world ON VINYL, October 2023.
