How it works: 1) Register online at www.columbiatn.com/parkpass between September 24th and October 7th. 2) Decorate your home for Halloween 3) Drive by judging will take place October 25th, 26th, 27th 4) Winners will be announced October 30th
Judging There will be one Overall Grand Prize winner
Runners up will be in the following categories: *Best special effects *Most creative *Scariest *Funniest Each of these will receive a yard sign with bragging rights that can be used in their display year after year.
